It’s been such a whirl wind for the last few weeks and I can’t believe that I’m already back in the states after spending 11 days on vacation – I had such an amazing time! London truly is one of the most fantastic cities to visit – it’s so rich in history, culture, diversity, fashion and not to mention parts of it were absolutely stunning. I loved every aspect of it and wished I could have shared it with you while I was there but unfortunately, every day proved to be extremely tiring and I just didn’t get a chance to write. (Instead, I spent my nights with M watching re-runs of Bondi Rescue (a reality show about Australian lifeguards on Bondi Beach (ohhh yeah!), The Only Way is Essex (England’s version of Jersey Shore), Blue Bloods and Friends).
I know that my blog is fashion-related but there are so many wonderful aspects about my trip (and the fact that I took it alone after not EVER going on a trip by myself) that I just had to share it all with you.
Now, you will have to bear with me as I’m still trying to figure out what time zone I’m in, get some sleep and go through over a 1000 pictures.
I promise my next post will contain all my pictures!
It’s so bitter-sweet to be back – as much as I love Houston – there are so many other parts of the world that I feel I need to explore now. Before I left, I hoped to come back de-stressed, more cultured, and fashion-savvy. I can honestly say, I’ve accomplished that and so much more.
Thanks M for making this trip so fantastic – I had a blast (even in the dodgy places)!
