Irish Spring

This morning when I walked out I noticed that my Mom had planted these pretty little flowers along our walk way in vivid shades of orange, pink, purple, and yellow. They’re so cute I couldn’t help but share them with all of you.

Gray, corduroy skinny pants – Forever 21; Emerald green, sheer top – Forever 21; Light blue, jean jacket – Charlotte Russe ($14.99); Leopard print ballet flats – Charlotte Russe ($19.50)

In the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day, I wore 1 out of the 2 green pieces that I have in my closet. I couldn’t believe that I barely had any green! I’m always inspired by the things I see around me and these flowers (plus my closet) have definitely made me feel that I need to start stocking up my wardrobe with bright, FUN colors, including green (and of course, writing a piece about them).

I put together an outfit (somewhat similar to what I’m wearing above) with pieces from Target, Forever 21, and Charlotte Russe.

Mossimo Shirttail Pocket Tank – Seaweed Wrap – Target ($14.99)

Straight Leg Cargo Pants – Light Grey  – Forever 21 ($24.80)

Casual Jacket – Denim – Forever 21 ($26.80)

Leopard Print Ballet Flats – Charlotte Russe ($19.50)

Royalty Collar Necklace – Forever 21 ($8.80) LOVE the colors in this necklace.

TIP: Always try to buy pieces that can be worn multiple times in different ways – this way you know that you’re getting your money’s worth out of it.

Since it is St. Patty’s Day I thought I’d go ahead and let you all know that I love anything Irish – castles, music, accents, Riverdance, the movie How to Train Your Dragon and I’m so excited to actually celebrate this day with friends tonight!

I wish everyone a very fun, safe and Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
